Register Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed for transit.
Ship the Parcel
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the box, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our Amsterdam studio inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
